Personally I tend to use the bonus marinade recipe at the bottom a lot, hence the repost.
The short version:
- Flip early flip often
- Rotate multiple items around the grill
- The squishiness test for doneness
- And don’t put barbecue sauce on right at the start, it’ll burn
- + 2 marinades
